Our corporate volunteering programme is designed for companies that want to offer their employees a meaningful team-building experience whilst leaving the preparation and organisation of the event to an experienced partner. We’d be delighted to organise a volunteering day tailored to your requirements.

WHERE CAN YOU HELp?

Animal rescue centres, sanctuaries and shelters.
In the countryside, eco-centres and community gardens.
Associations working to restore historical monuments, culture and traditions.
Organisations that help people with disabilities or those who are disadvantaged.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Various manual tasks (e.g. gardening, planting trees, painting fences, sorting items, helping with tidying up, painting walls…),
  • learning about the story behind the non-profit organization you’ll be helping,
  • well-spent time during which your employees will get to know each other from a different perspective, broaden their horizons or even pick up new skills,
  • a packed programme lasting from a few hours to several days.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

  1. We’ll find a suitable organisation where your team’s help will be truly useful.

  2. We’ll design the volunteer day to suit the type of work, the size of the team and the physical challenges involved.

  3. We’ll handle communication, logistics and safety. We’ll take care of the organisation from start to finish.

  4. We’ll produce an impact report for your company.

Additional services: We can arrange refreshments, accommodation, transport, a photographer or other supporting activities.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST

Volunteering is free of charge. The preparation and organisation of a tailor-made volunteer event is a paid service.

If your team lacks someone to take charge of the preparation and organisation, you can outsource the preparation of volunteer events to us. You pay transparently for the time we spend on preparation and for any additional services you wish to arrange (transport, catering, etc.). 
Corporate volunteering is one of our sources of income, and it is thanks to this that we can continue to fulfil our mission.

The price depends on the scale of the event, the number of volunteers and any additional services.

Working with Hero Clan to organise a volunteer day for L’Oréal staff was a truly wonderful experience. From our very first contact, we appreciated the helpful communication, the friendly attitude of the whole team – particularly Zuzka – and the smooth running of the entire preparation and execution of the day. Hero Clan offered us a range of volunteering opportunities, although it wasn’t easy to find suitable roles for 80 people – and ones that would appeal to a predominantly male group.
