PARTICIPATION FEE AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Our weekend events are a way to get actively involved and make a difference where it is needed most. We know that one of the most precious commodities you can donate is your time, which we value greatly. 
Behind every volunteer event is a lot of time and a lot of tasks - from communicating with the non-profit organisation, planning and preparing the event, finding the number of volunteers needed, arranging details such as dietary restrictions, the accompanying program or a plan B, to coordinating volunteers on site and making sure it runs smoothly. Preparing volunteer events is a year-round job for our coordinator Jana and for all this reasons it would not be possible without the participation fee. Your participation fee allows us to do our job!

WE STRIVE TO MAKE WEEKEND EVENTS ACCESSIBLE TO ALL. YOU CHOOSE THE FEE BASED ON YOUR possibilities AND LOVE FOR US.

  • 200 ~ Minimum This basic fee allows you to participate in our events, even if it doesn't cover a proportionate part of the costs involved in organising them. However, we understand if you cannot afford to send a higher amount. Even so, we are very grateful for your help and look forward to your participation! If even a fee of 200 CZK is beyond your means, please contact our coordinator Jana at jana@heroclan.cz and we will work something out. 

  • 400 CZK ~ Golden Mean This amount covers the basic costs of organizing the weekend. Thank you for being in this with us!
  • 600 CZK and more ~ Support This amount will support "the weekens" and the whole HERO CLAN so that we can develop our activities further. We appreciate that you see meaning in our work.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

  • After submitting your application for a specific volunteer event, send the participation fee to the account number below.
  • The fee must be credited to our account no later than 5 business days after we receive your application.
  • If we do not receive the fee within this period, the application will be invalid and we will offer your place to another volunteer.

  • In the message to the recipient, please write your full name and the name of the event you are applying for so that we can correctly match the payment with the application!

CANCELLATION POLICY


The non-profit organisation is counting on our help and if the required number of helpers do not arrive, we will not be able to do the scheduled work. 

  • If you cancel your participation 6 days or more before the event, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your fee. If you do not request a refund, we will use your donation for the work of our organisation. Thank you!
  • Unfortunately, if you cancel your participation 5 days or less before the event, a refund of the fee is no longer possible.
